The Salthouse would like to celebrate our range of quality steaks. Our beef is aged for 28 days to ensure tenderness & flavour. All our steaks are chargrilled & cooked to your liking. All served with either gourmet chips, new potatoes or jacket potato ( +£1) with roast tomato, mushroom & onion rings.
With a big bold flavour it's the leanest cut. Best at medium rare & not recommended past medium.
With a new lease of life the Ribeye is the juiciest cut by far, best grilled fast & furious from medium rare and still shines bright at well done.
Aged on the bone it has a well deserved reputation for its big beefy flavour.
The family favourite, our juicy horseshoe gammon steak served with char-grilled pineapple or fried egg.
